Defining lookup values for user-defined text fields

To define values for a user-defined text field that is defined as a lookup:

  1. Click the Record View tab.
  2. In Screen Designer mode, right-click a user-defined text field and then select User Defined Field Lookup Values.
  3. Click Add Value.
  4. Specify this information:
    Value
    Specify a lookup value for the field.
    Description
    Specify a description for the field. This option is not available for the Code field lookup type.
  5. Click Save.
    Note:  To delete a lookup value, select the lookup value and then click Delete Value.
