Specifying information in fields

This table shows the types of fields in Infor HMS:

Field type	Description
Text box	Specify text in the field
Drop-down list	Click the arrow and select a value from the list
Lookup	Specify a value, or click the lookup button and then select a value from the popup.
Comments	Specify text in the field
Radio button	Select one of the values
Check box	Select or clear the check box to activate or deactivate the option respectively
