Housekeeping Assignment Report overview

This report displays a list of housekeeping assignments by housekeeping employee. The report will print one page per employee assignment so that the report can be distributed among the housekeepers to use as a check-off sheet. The report includes the date, the housekeeper assigned, message, then will display a blank line for the housekeeper to make a checkmark followed by this room information about the rooms assigned to them: room, room type, room points, housekeeping status, room status, service type, last cleaned, pre-registered, VIP code, arrival date and time, departure date and time, number of guests, turndown time, room cleaning time, priority clean, DND (Do Not Disturb), departing guest name, arriving guest name, and guest notes. The report will give a summary total of the number of rooms assigned to the housekeeper.

You can filter the report by housekeeper name. You can select to include a cover page that includes the parameters used to run the report. You can optionally suppress departing guest names and/or arriving guest names.

The following are some important points to be noted:

• If there is an arriving guest for this same day, and you cleared the Suppress Arriving Guest Name check box, the report displays the arriving guest who is assigned to that particular room. A room with an arriving guest has a higher priority as compared to the room with departing guest only.
• Rooms will be printed according to the housekeeping sort order set for each room in the room configuration. If no housekeeping sort order is set the rooms will be sorted by room number in ascending order.
• You can specify text in the message field that will print as notes on each employee's assignment sheet.
• Guest Stay notes on the Notes tab that are set to print on housekeeping will print with the row for the room. If the guest is arriving the notes will print as Arriving Guest Note. If the guest is departing the notes will print as Departing Guest Note. If the guest is a stay over the notes will print as Guest Note.
• This report applies the VVIP functionality.
• The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
