Discrepant Room Report
This report lists all guest rooms where the current front desk room status and housekeeping room status do not match. Normally, the statuses match. In cases where the statuses are different, the report serves as a list of which rooms must be physically checked to determine the occupancy status. The report includes the room number, room type, housekeeping status, front desk room status, employee assigned, room status, service type, last cleaned date, and a summary total of the number of discrepant rooms listed.
You can optionally include rooms on hold. You can sort the report by front desk status, housekeeping status, or room number.
Specify the Report Options that you require.
The following are some of the important points to be noted:
- This report can only be run for the current hotel date and time.
- When using suites, the report will only include component rooms that are configured to display on the housekeeping room status screen.
