Claim Vacancy Report overview

This report shows all rooms that are active for the date range specified. Under each room, the report shows the leases for that room during the period. For each room the total rental amounts and total number of occupied and vacant days are shown. For this report occupied means leased, all leased rooms are occupied rooms regardless if they are vacant or not.

The room information, lease information, fee and charge information, occupied and vacant statistics are printed on the report. The report then prints a total line for the lease fees, charges, and occupied and vacant statistics.

The report can be filtered by property, building, and room type. You can sort the report by room type or room.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• When the Lease Managed Shoulder Periods option is selected in the Lease Configuration screen, the lease start date and lease end date use the shoulder start date and shoulder end date if specified.
• The lease related data for these status is displayed in the generated report for the specified date range:
  1. Complete
  2. Definite
  3. Release
  Note: This value is defaulted from the status specified in the Lease screen.
