Lease Unrealized Revenue Report overview

Use the Lease Unrealized Revenue screen to print a report that includes unrealized revenue for leases and lease upgrades. Unrealized revenue is the amount of revenue recognition charges not posted for invoices already billed.

The report includes the lease number, room type, room number, upgrade indicator, A/R account, remaining, length, start date, end date, total amount, rental amount, actual revenue, unrealized revenue, and invoice. The report then prints grand totals for total amount, rental amount, actual revenue, and unrealized revenue for all leases contained on the report.
