Group Production Report

This report lists actual production and forecasted production by group bookings during the selected date range. The report includes group name, group account ID, status, type, sales manager, source, start date, nights, block, pick-up, room revenue, ADR, ADR without comps, other revenue, and total revenue. You can run the report in summary or detail view. The summary view will display group information followed by totals for the nights, block information, and revenue information columns. The detail view will show group information followed by the individual delegates stay information.

You can filter the report by property, group name, group account, group type, or group status. You can select to run the report in summary or detail view. You can optionally include day use rooms. You can optionally include or exclude certain guest account statuses. You can sort the report by group, group status, group type, sales manager, start date, or total revenue.

The Group will be include on the report when the Group's date range overlaps with the report's selected date range, or a guest stay record overlaps with the report's selected date range and the guest is associated with a group or a transaction is posted on an account (guest or group) and the account is associated with a group.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• If specifying a group name in the Group Name field that contains an apostrophe no records will be returned. Use the group ID lookup in the case where an apostrophe exists in the group name.

  If future dates are specified in start date and end date fields, the report will display forecasted information.
• If the start date is in the past, but the end date is the current date or a date in the future, the report will combine actual information and forecasted information. The report will not separate the information.
• Only groups where the block is removed from availability will be include on the report.
• This report will calculate actual and projected revenue. Projected revenue will be combine room revenue from the picked up reservations plus the anticipated room revenue from the remaining block using the forecast occupancy to calculate the number of guests.
• Where shares exist the report will use the primary share account's information to report room nights and forecasted revenue.
• Transactions that are posted on a folio are not included on the report until after EOD has run for that day.
• When Cancel and/or No Show records are included in the report, only the revenue from these records is counted in the report. Regardless of the "Report View" or "Sort By" option selected, any column that calculates Room Nights, Adults or Child information would exclude Cancel and No Show values. Additionally, forecasted dates do not include Cancel or No-Show records in the forecasted calculations.
