Group Posting Journal

This report lists all transaction codes that have been posted during the selected date range to group folios. The report will categorize each transaction posted by post date and include the posting information of guest name, status, group name, account, room, folio, created by, time, and amount. The report will provide a daily amount total per transaction code and a report amount total per transaction code.

You can filter the report by group name, group ID, transaction code, transaction type, account, and created by. You can optionally select to include advance deposits, and to have page breaks between groups or between transaction types. The report is sorted by transaction code.
