Telephone List Report

This report displays a list of telephone list for guest rooms.

The report includes the room number, the room's configured phone number, guest name, VIP code, guest status, account, arrival and departure dates, a share indicator, and group account number. The report then displays the total guests represented on the report.

You can filter the report by specifying the property. You can optionally include specific guest statuses. You can optionally list component rooms of suites. You can sort the report by currency or currency balanced.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• Component rooms will display as individual lines along with the suite. Depending on the sort by option selected, the report will use the component rooms in the sort and not the suite room.
• This report applies the VVIP functionality.
• The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
