Police Report

This report lists guest arrivals by nationality for a specified date range. The report includes an option to include departures. When arrivals and departures are selected to print the report will group them separately with a page break between. You can run the report for current, future, or past dates. The report is grouped by guest nationality and includes guest name, confirmation number, arrival and departure dates, room number, passport type, passport number, passport expiration, passport issued, date of birth, place of birth. Guests without a nationality are reported without nationality. The report then gives a total number of guests per nationality, guests without nationality, and a total of all guests represented on the report.

You can filter the report by specifying the property. You can optionally include arrivals and/or departures. You can sort the report by name or confirmation number.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• If one guest has three different reservations, all three reservations will be included in the report.
• If one guest has room changes during his stay and the report dates include dates that he stayed in each room, then all rooms are included.
