Internal Action Report
This report lists internal action requests that have been added to guest accounts during the specified date range. Internal action requests are added to guest accounts on the Messages tab.
The report includes the department the internal action is assigned to, an urgent indicator, the message topic, message notes, reminder date, and message completed and message cancelled indicators. The report also includes the guest account details of guest name, VIP code, guest account status, confirmation number, share account indicator, arrival, departure, room type, room number, and number of guests in the room.
You can filter the report by specifying property, department, or message status. You can optionally include guest accounts by status. You can optionally send only priority clean room messages. You can sort the report by confirmation number, department, name, room number, or message status.
The following are some of the important points to be noted:
- If a guest account has a room type of suite, the report will display information based on the Suite, like room number and not the component rooms. The report will not display individual records for a suite's component rooms.
- If a room move is scheduled the report uses the room scheduled for the day of the report, but is not an indication of if the schedule room move has taken place.
- If the Priority Clean Rooms check box is selected, the report will only display priority clean room messages on the report.
- This report applies the VVIP functionality.
