In-House with Detail Report
This report lists guests that are in-house within the specified date range and includes detailed information regarding each guest, then gives a summary total of guests and rooms. The report includes records where the guest stay record matches the report parameters regardless of current account status. The report also includes additional guest details such as VIP levels. This allows a property to create a list of guest that were in house in the past, or will be in house in the future depending on the date range specified. This report includes the player rank information only when the property parameter
is selected.You can filter the report by specifying booking agency, confirmation number, group ID, group name, guarantee, loyalty membership type, loyalty membership level, organization, preference type, preference code, rate plan rewards program type, room type, source of business, status, VIP code, start time and end time. Confirmation number, guarantee, loyalty membership level, preference code, rate plan, room type, status, and VIP code fields are multi select. You can optionally include additional guests, address, birthday, guest history, guest notes, loyalty membership level, loyalty membership type, profile notes, preferences, reservation notes, rate changes, room assigned, rooms unassigned, ands shares. You can optionally show rates and package rates. You can limit the report to only show VIPs, only guest stays with zero amount rates, and/or only guest stays with in-house status. You can sort the report by arrival date, confirmation number, name, room, or status.
- If multiple values are entered on multiple fields on the report parameter screen and at least one value is in conflict with another value, no records will be returned.
- If a guest account has multiple booking agencies, and the report is not being filtered by booking agency, report displays the primary booking agency.
- If a guest account has multiple rate amounts during the stay dates, the report will do an average rate calculation for the rate column for the reports specified date range.
- If a guest stay record is part of the Share reservation, the guest stay record is counted in the total guest and total reservations numbers. The room number is unique and counted once.
- If a room is not configured on a share guest stay record, the report counts each guest stay record which is not part of the share reservation, as a single room. If a room is not configured on a guest stay record, and the record is part of a share reservation, only the Share Master is counted and not the individual shares that constitute the share master. If the existence of share master cannot be determined, only one share constituent is counted.
- If the Include Additional Guest checkbox is selected, the report includes the relationship of the additional guests with the primary guest as specified in the Guest Stay screen.
- If a guest account is due to depart on the current hotel date but still In-House, the record will display on the report when the report is run for the current hotel date and the Room column and Rate columns will display values of the last stay date.
- If a guest account has a scheduled room move, the Total Reservation column will count the guest stay record as 1, but the Total Rooms column will count the guest stay record as 2 (for the beginning room plus the scheduled room).
- Including guest notes will include any text entered in the Guest Notes field of the guest stay record.
- Including notes will include any text entered in the Notes tab of the guest stay record that are not marked as private.
- Including reservation notes will include any text entered in the Reservation Notes field of the guest stay record that are not marked as private.
- Including guest history will include lifetime revenue, lifetime nights, last stay date, and last stay property information.
- Including guest preferences will also include any associated descriptors.
- The Last Checkout Date is displayed on the report. This field is the checkout datelinked to a guest stay. If a guest stay profile has multiple reservation records, the Latest Checkout Date is the stay date of the record with the Reservation Status, Checked-out.
- In the Market Segment field, you can specify more than one value to filter the records that are displayed on the report.
- You can select multiple stasus options in the Status field. The report only displays the records with specified status.
- This report supports the VVIP functionality.

These calculations are performed:
- No. of Guests = Adults + Children
- Total Guests = sum of guests
- Total Reservations = sum of records listed on the report
- Total Rooms= total of unique rooms
