In-House Report
This report lists the in house guests within the specified date range and gives a summary total of guests and reservations. The report includes records where the guest stay record matches the report parameters regardless of current account status. This allows a property to create a list of guest that were in house in the past, or will be in house in the future depending on the date range specified. The report also includes the relationship of the additional guests with the primary guest as specified in the Guest Stay screen.
You can filter the report by specifying group ID, rate plan, room type, source of business, VIP code, loyalty membership level, building, floor, and wing. You can optionally include guest statuses other than in-house, additional guest names, guest notes, reservation notes, notes, rewards program number, and loyalty membership level. You can optionally show rates and package rates. You can limit the report to only show VIPs. You can sort the report by confirmation number, name, room, building, floor, or wing.
The following are some of the important points to be noted:
- If multiple values are entered on multiple fields on the report parameter screen and at least one value is in conflict with another value, no records will be returned.
- If a guest account has multiple rate amounts during the stay dates, the report will do an average rate calculation for the rate column for the reports specified date range.
- If a guest stay record is part of the Share reservation, the guest stay record is counted in the total guest and total reservations numbers. The room number is unique and counted once.
- You can select multiple status options in the Status field. The report only displays the records with specified status.
- This report supports the VVIP functionality.
- The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
These calculations are performed:
