Birthday Report

This report lists guest stays with birthday information based on guest account status and the specified date range. The report includes room, guest name, account, birthday, status, arrival date, number of nights, departure date, and email address. If the birthday fields on a profile do not contain data, the guest account will not appear on the report.

You can filter the report by property. You can optionally include specific guest stay statuses. You can sort the report by birthday, guest name, room, or guest stay status. The report includes guest related data such as the guest name, account number, status, e mail address, the arrival and departure dates. This report applies the VVIP functionality. The report also applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
