Add-Ons Guest Report
This report lists all guest accounts with add-on items during the specified date range. Add-on items consist of non-room items, and non-room bundles and meal plans that contain one or more non-room item. The report is used to determine what add-on items are needed per guest room.
The report includes guest details of reservation stay date, status, guest name, VIP code, account, share with ID, room, room type, arrival and departure dates, and number of guests in the room. The report then gives enhanced experience detail of item type, item, date the item was added, start and end dates, quantity, posting frequency, pricing control, when the item begins, the department assigned to the item, and the bundle item. Optionally, the report can display a summary section which gives the count of each add-on item per date at one glance.
You can filter the report by property, department, item type, or item. You can optionally include specific guest statuses. You can optionally include a summary section. You can sort the report by account, arrival, name, or room.
The report also displays the following inventory information:
- Inventory: Inventory is the Inventory Count on the start date.
- Inventory Nights: Inventory nights is the inventory required per night, like room nights. If the report is for 3 days and inventory is 10, then Inventory Nights is 30.
- Sold: The total inventory sold based on night count.
- Available: The total inventory available based on night count.
The following are some of the important points to be noted:
- This report is grouped by the following in the order listed: date, status, guest account, item type, item, bundle item.
- When the report is run in summary report view, the report will not include any bundle or meal plan details, will only include the item type and item information, and the bundle detail section will not display.
- Not all non-room bundles will have frequency, pricing control and begin configured and therefore those fields on the report maybe blank.
- This report applies the VVIP functionality.
