Meal Plan Guest Report

This report lists all guests with meal plans by date for the specified date range. The report includes these details for the guest reservation:

  • The report can be used by hotel restaurants to review which guests are due for each meal period and on which meal plan, or by the front desk staff to know which guests to hand out meal tickets to.
  • The report includes the guest name, rate code, meal plan name, number of adults and children on the reservation that have mean plans per breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Add-ons (Meal plans, items and Bundles) selected by the guest.
  • The report then totals the counts for each day and then gives a total for all days represented on the report.
  • You can filter the report by specifying the property, group ID, group name, and meal plan.
  • You can optionally include specific guest statuses. You can sort the report by guest name, room, or meal plan.
  • The report determines which category the meal plan falls into by the meal period assigned to the non-room item.
  • This report applies the VVIP functionality.
  • The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
