Meal Plan Report

This report forecasts meals by date, meal period and meal plan for the specified date range. It allows properties to get a person count by meal period with an option to include the specific meal plans that are due for a given meal period. This report includes a summary option which when selected will display the combined total of meal plans per day. This report can be ran for past dates. The report includes the date, meal plan name, counts for adults and children for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a total of guests that do not have a meal plan, Add-ons (Meal plans, items and Bundles) selected by the guest. The report then totals the counts for each day and then gives a total for all days represented on the report.

You can filter the report by specifying the property. You can optionally include specific guest statuses, and include a report summary.

The following are some of the important points to be noted:

• The report prints a line for each active meal plan.
• The report determines which category the meal plan falls into by the meal period assigned to the non-room item.
• The No Meal Plan column is the number of adults and children on reservations that do not have a meal plan.
