Paid Out Receipt

This report generate paid out receipts for all accounts that have a paid outs posted during the date range specified. In some hotels, when a paid out transaction is posted they must provide a receipt to the guest that proves that the paid out is applied to the account. The receipt has a guest signature line for the guest to acknowledge they are obligated to pay it back.

You can filter the report by property, paid out transaction type, account, account line, or voucher number. You can sort the receipts by account, paid out transaction type, or transaction date.
