Viewing XML documents for messages

View XML documents for Databridge messages to view the XML content for Databridge request and delivery messages.

To view XML documents for messages:

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Message Status. The Message ID screen is displayed.
  2. On the List View tab, search for message events using the Dataspy and Quick Filters. A list of all the messages matching the search criteria are displayed.
  3. Select the message for which to view XML documents and click the Record View tab.
  4. In the Processing Details or the Delivery Details sections, click View. The XML document is displayed in a popup.
  5. View the XML document information and close the popup.
