Setting up Liaison subscriptions
Set up subscriptions for Liaison to indicate the outbound transactions/documents that Liaison receives.Infor HMS events are sent to Liaison based on the subscriptions configured for Liaison.
To set up Liaison subscriptions:
- Select Administration > Databridge > Databridge Partners. The List View tab is displayed.
- Select the LIAISON partner, click the Subscriptions tab.

Specify an event to set up from the Subscriptions list. The system displays the subscription details.
Caution:The current version of Databridge supports only the subscriptions that are provided by Databridge. If you choose to delete a transaction, you can use the add subscription feature to add the deleted transaction back to the system. To add a partner subscription record, click Add Subscription. The system inserts a new Subscription Details record.

In the Subscription Details and Message Delivery sections, specify this information:
- Event
- Specify the event to add. For Liaison options include:
- CCAuthRequest
- CCSettleRequest
- GiftCardRequest
- PMSEvent
- RoomKeyRequest
- RoomMove
- RoomStatus
- WakeupCallRequest
- XRefEvent
- Document Type
- Specify the document type of the event. This field is used by Databridge to internally determine what kind of message is being sent. For Liaison options include:
- CCAuthRequest
- CCSettleRequest
- GiftCardRequest
- Liaison_Event (used for PMSEvent)
- RoomKeyRequest
- RoomMove
- RoomStatus
- WakeupCallRequest
- XRefEvent
- Enabled
- Select to enable the event.
- Address
- Specify the URL to which outbound documents are sent for the selected event. For example,
PMSEvent: http://myliaisonserver.com:46011/EventService
RoomMove, RoomStatus: http://usgvwhms-vmapp1.infor.com:46012/RoomStatusChangeService
CCAUthRequest, CCSettleRequest, GiftCardRequest, RoomKeyRequest, WakeUpCallRequest: http://usgvwhms-vmapp1.infor.com:46013/StandardMessageService
- User ID
- Specify the user ID for logging into the receiving system to which outbound documents are sent. Only enter value here if you want something different for this transaction than the one specified for the partner on the Record View tab.
- Special Handling
- Enter the customized processor for special handling the delivery of outbound events. The format of the field is MessageHandler/HandlerVersion/TransformationVersion/Deliverer. For Liaison the value will always be:
- DefaultMessageHandler/R01/R01/LiaisonStandard - for SOAP messages where the body begins with a <Liaison_Standard…> element.
- DefaultMessageHandler/R01/R01/LiaisonEvent - for SOAP messages where the body begins with a "<Liaison_Event…> element.
The current version of Liaison makes 3 services available to HMS:
- EventService
- StandardMessageService
- RoomStatusChangeService
Messages being sent to StandardMessageService and RoomStatusChangeService use DefaultMessageHandler/R01/R01/LiaisonStandard. Messages being sent to EventService use DefaultMessageHandler/R01/R01/LiaisonEvent.
Note: Some processors require that the CCSettleRequest must be configured as SALE Vs auth/payment process. For such processors, you must set up two partners:- EIC Partner: Administration >Databridge > Databridge Partners >
EIC Partner Database Subscriptions for CCSettleRequest.
Specify the following special handling
DefaultMessageHandler/SALE/R01/LiaisonStandard
- Liaison Partner: You must set up the Liaison Partner even if the Liaison
Partner is inactive. Administration >Databridge >
Databridge Partners > Liaison Partner Database
Subscriptions for CCSettleRequest. Specify the following
special handling
DefaultMessageHandler/SALE/R01/LiaisonStandard
- Password
- Specify the password for the Databridge server user. Only enter a value here if you enter a value for User ID.

ClickSave. The subscription is saved and updates the Subscriptions list.
Note: To delete a partner subscription, select the subscription to delete, and then click Delete Subscription.
