Room rotation ensures that each room is equally used so that the wear and tear generated from using the room impacts all the rooms equally. The system calculates room nights for each room used at the property measured in Points. Rooms with lowest amount of room nights or points typically appear highest on the rotation schedule in an effort to give all rooms the ability to be occupied equally and spread the wear and tear across all rooms.
