Using the Start widget

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click Start to begin a call. The application displays the Call Center landing page.
  3. Click Type Caller Name to specify the name.
    Note: 
    • You can view the time taken to complete the call.
    • When the TRACKTURNDOWN call center parameter is enabled and you click End Call without completing the guest reservation process, the Turndown Reason window is displayed. You must specify the reason for turning down the reservation.
