Using the Activity Booking List

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Activities (Action) > Activity List.
    Note: 
    • You can also access this screen by selecting Profiles > Guest Profile > Activities (Action)> Activity List.
    • You can also access this screen by selecting Group Sales > Group Booking > Activities (Action)> Activity List.
  2. Specify the filter information such as the status of the activity booking and the activity date.
  3. Click Run. The activities booked for the specified guest stay or guest profile and the associated guest profiles are displayed.
  4. Click on Actions. You can select these actions to be completed from the list:
    • Show Calendar: Displays the Activity Booking Calendar page for the specified activity.
    • Retrieve Booking: Displays the Activity Lookup page, if an activity with booking status Pending is selected.
    • Lookup Activities: Displays the Activity Lookup page, if the activity provider is external.
    • Traces: Displays the Activity Traces page, for a specified activity.
    • Booking Details: Displays the Book Activity page, for a specified activity.
    • Book Activity: Displays the Book Activity page, to book an activity.
  5. Click Email or Print to email or print Activity reports and Voucher reports.
    Note: 
    • The Print Voucher check box must be selected to print the voucher report.
    • The Guest Activity Report includes the activities of the specific Activity Booking.
