Generating a Serenata Extract

Use the Serenata Extract screen to initiate the Serenata extract process.

To create the extract:

  1. Select Administration > Extracts > Serenata Extract.
  2. Specify this information in the Extract Details section:
    Beginning/ Ending Checkout Date
    The date range for which the extract is created.
    Note: The Beginning Checkout Date and the End Checkout Date must be prior to the Hotel Date.
  3. Click Create Extract.
