Generating Lease Rate Discrepancy Report

To generate the report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Lease > Lease Rate Discrepancy Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property . The application populates this field with the default property name.
    Lease Status
    The status code of the lease account based on which the report is generated. The possible values are:
    • Cancelled
    • Completed
    • Released
    • Tentative
    • Definite
    Lease Period Status
    The status code for the selected Lease period based on which the report is generated. The possible values are:
    • Charges Not Posted
    • Charges Posted
    • Charges Reversed
    • Invoiced
    Lease Category
    The category code for the selected Lease based on which the report is generated.
  3. Select the sort options in the Sort By section. You can sort the report by room type, room number, lease period start date, or lease name.
  4. Click Print.
