Adding preferences to guest stay

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed. .
  2. Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page.
    Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
  3. Select Preferences in the Navigation pane. The Preferences screen is displayed.
  4. Review the preferences of the guest associated with the guest profile in the Guest Record grid.
    Note: 
    • No records are displayed when the guest does not have a guest profile.
    • You can also review the preferences associated with the organization, booking agency, or group.
  5. Review the available preferences of the property in the Available section.
  6. Select the preferences from the Available section.
    • You can use the Search option to filter the preferences.
    • You must specify Descriptor for the preference that includes multiple options. For example, if the preference is Newspaper the available options can be Times, Daily Mail, Guardian, and so on.
    • You can also include additional information in the text box. For example, Please deliver the newspaper at 6 AM.
  7. Select the Save to Profile check box if the selected preference must be added to the guest profile.
  8. Click Select. The preference is added to the reservation.
    Note: You must clear the preference selection in the Guest Record grid and navigate away from the Preference screen to remove the preference from the reservation. The selected record is automatically deleted.
