Generating the event trace report

To generate this report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Events > Event Trace Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section::
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Note: 

    You can modify this value.

    Event Master Confirmation
    A unique confirmation number of the Event Master. The name of the event is also specified.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple options.

    Event Reservation Confirmation
    A unique confirmation number of the Event Reservation. The name of the event is also specified.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple options.

    Trace Status
    The status based on which the data is retrieved for the report.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple status.

    User
    The user ID based on which the data is retrieved for the report.
    Department
    The department based on which the data is retrieved for the report.
  3. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 
    • By default, the values are set to the current Hotel Date.
    • The Due Date of the traces must be within the specified date range.
  4. Click Print Record.
    Note: 

    By default, the records are sorted by the Due Date. However, you can also sort the records by:

    • Department
    • Trace Status
    • User
    • Delivery Date
