Generating the NF525 Period Closure Report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Accounting > NF525 Period Closure Report. The NF525 Period Closure Report screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The code of the property for which the report is printed. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Closing Date
    The closing date of the hotel for which the report is printed.
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to a date prior to the current hotel date.
    • Based on the specified Closing Date, the report can include lines for day, month, and year.
  3. Click Print Preview.
