Editing preferences
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
 - 
				Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page. 
				Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
 - Select Preferences in the Navigation pane. The Preferences screen is displayed.
 - Review the preferences of the guest associated with the guest profile in the Guest Record grid.
 - Select the preference record.
 - Click Edit.
 - Specify the required data in the Edit section for the selected record.
 - Click Apply.
