Configuring Experience – Non Room Bundles
- Select Rate and Sales > Pricing > Non Room Bundles. The Record View tab on the Non Room Bundles screen is displayed.
- Specify the unique code in the Non Room Bundle Code field.
- Click Add.

Specify this information in the Non Room Bundle
Information section.
- Non Room Bundle Name
- The name of the non-room bundle.Note: The item must be activated and have a category set to be included in the Call Center Experiences screen.
- Description
- The short text to describe the bundle.
- Category
- The category in which the bundle is classified. For example, Events.
- Click Save.
- Review the details of the Non-Room Item on the Events tab of the Experiences on the Call Center screen.
