Configuring Experience – Non Room Bundles

  1. Select Rate and Sales > Pricing > Non Room Bundles. The Record View tab on the Non Room Bundles screen is displayed.
  2. Specify the unique code in the Non Room Bundle Code field.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Specify this information in the Non Room Bundle Information section.
    Non Room Bundle Name
    The name of the non-room bundle.
    Note: The item must be activated and have a category set to be included in the Call Center Experiences screen.
    Description
    The short text to describe the bundle.
    Category
    The category in which the bundle is classified. For example, Events.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Review the details of the Non-Room Item on the Events tab of the Experiences on the Call Center screen.
