Use the
screen to view the Emails sent from HMS.This feature is used by the Front Desk employee. The screen displays this information:
- Email Type
- Account
- Account Name
- Subject
- Email Address
- Attachment
- User ID
- Report Code
- Report Parameter List
- Error
- Email Date/Time of the server and property.Note: The invite letter (Check-in and Check-out) emails sent as part of the EOD process are also displayed.
