Informational Tax Invoice - Vietnam

Use the Informational Tax Invoice - Vietnam screen to print an informational tax invoice for Vietnam.

You can define the sorting order for the tax invoice on the Transaction Grouping screen. The tax invoice includes the Property address, Performance Date and Value Date, Payer details such as Tax ID and Registration Number, and information related to the Guest Stay.

Note: 
  • This tax invoice is generated for information purpose only and is not the final tax invoice.
  • You can access this screen only if the TAXIIO property parameter is set to BZVNII.

In the summary section of the invoice, you can view details related to tax, service charge, charges, payments, and transaction grouping.

You can view the currency based on the value specified in the TAXINVCURRENCY parameter on the Parameter tab of the Property Configuration screen.

You can also generate the Informational Tax Invoice using the Print option on the Tax Invoicing tab of these screens:

  • Guest Stay
  • Account
  • Stay 360

When the Informational invoice is generated from the Tax Invoice screen or Tax Invoicing tab, the Final check box must not be selected.
