Tax Invoice – Receipt Format

Use this screen to print the final tax invoice in the Receipt format using the thermal printers. However, you can also print the receipt from the Tax Invoice screen. See Printing tax invoices
The application permanently stores the printed final tax invoice file in the location specified in the TAXPLC property parameter. To print a copy, the SHOWSAVECOPY property parameter must be enabled. While printing the copy of the receipt, the original report is retrieved and the text ‘Copy’ is included to the tax invoice.
Note: 
  • You can specify the values in the SMRFSHOWSAVECOPYLR, SMRFSHOWSAVECOPYUD, and SMRFSHOWSAVECOPYV property parameters to position the 'Copy' text.
  • The report is printed for the property currency only.
  • The title of the corrected final tax invoice is Credit Note and voided invoice is Tax Invoice Void.
