Generating Police Report Identities
Use the Police Report Identities report to view the list of guest arrivals.
Use the Police Report Identities report to view the list of guest arrivals.
- Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Police Report Identities.

Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
- Property
- Select the property.

Select the check boxes in the Report Options section, based on which the report
must be displayed.
- Include Passport Section
- If this checkbox is selected, these details of the Guest
are printed in the report:
- Passport Number
- Passport Issued Date
- Passport Nationality
- Include Visa Section
- If this checkbox is selected, these details of the Guest
are printed in the report:
- Visa Number
- Visa Type
- Visa Status
- Visa Issued Date
- Include Border Crossing Section
- If this checkbox is selected, these details of the Guest
are printed in the report:
- Border Crossing Date
- Border Crossing Place
- Include Additional Information
- If this checkbox is selected, these additional details of
the Guest are printed in the report:
- Postal/street address
- Postal city
- Postal zip code
- Birth City
- Departure date
- Vehicle number
- Specify the Start Date and the End Date for which the report is generated. The guest arrivals in this specified range are included in the report.
- Click Print.

This report lists the guest arrivals for the selected date range. The report
also includes:
- Identity details, such as ID Type, ID Number and ID issue date.
- Guest details such as name, gender, date of birth, nationality.
- Arrival dates and registration card number.
Note:- You can sort the report by the guest name or the Registration card number.
- The search logic to determine the Guest Nationality value specified
in the Guest Details tab in
the Guest Stay screen:
- The application first considers the value specified in the Nationality field in the Identification section.
- If not defined, the value specified in the Nationality field in the Passport/Visa section is considered.
