Generating Rate Verification Report

Use the Rate Verification Report to view the comps for the arrival reservations in the specified date range.

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Comp Account > Rate Verification Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    Select the property for which the report is generated. The application populates this field with the default property.
    Status
    Select the status of the reservation. The report includes all the reservations with the selected status. By default, this field is set to Reserved, In-House.
    Rate Plan
    Select the rate plan of the reservation. The report includes all the reservations for which the Stay Date has a rate plan, same as the selected rate plan.
  3. Select the check boxes in the Report Options section, based on which the report is displayed.
  4. Select the Include Non-Player (reservations not enrolled in the Player system) check box to include reservations without a Player Number.
  5. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section. The reservations with arrivals in the specified date range and with the Player Number specified, are included in the report.
    Note: By default, this value field is set to the Hotel Date.
  6. Click Print.

    The report displays the rate amounts and comp amounts of the reservations for the specific property based on the data selected. The report also includes:

    • Player details such as Player Name, Player Card Number and Player Number.
    • Confirmation number of the guest, room number, status, arrival and departure dates.
    • Details such as Market Segment, Comp Authorizer, Comp Department, Offers, Transaction ID, Code Type, Code, Redemption Type, Transaction code, Rate Plan, Room Type and the Settlement Type.
    • The comp amount based on the associated comp templates having the room revenue transactions.
    • The redemption type (Per day, per stay, unlimited) when calculating the comp amount.
    Note: You can sort the report by:
    • Player Number
    • Room Number
    • Guest Name

    By default, the application sorts the report by Room Number.
