Generating the Reservation Rate Audit Report

Use the Reservation Rate Audit Report screen to review the rate information modifications for a reservation.

The report includes the details of the user, the property, rate, room, rate values (old and new).

To generate the reservation rate audit report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Reservation Rate Audit Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Confirmation Number
    A confirmation unique number generated for a the confirmed guest stay reservation.
    Changed By User
    The ID of the user, who is responsible for modifying the reservation rate.
  3. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the Start Date and the End Date are set to the Hotel date.
  4. Click Print Record.
    Note: 
    • By default, the report is sorted using the Guest Name. However, you can also sort the report by Field Name.
    • If the rate change records are associated with a VVIP guest and the property parameter VVIP is selected, the guest related data is disabled and displayed as ‘*****’. See VVIP functionality.
    • The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
    • When you select the Confirmation Number:
      • The report contains only the rate change records which are associated with the selected confirmation number irrespective of the Start Date and End Date.
      • The rate values that are not modified are also included in the Old Value column of the report.
      • The Changed By User and Updated Date information is not included in the report.
