Room Occupier Tracking Report
Use the Room Occupier Tracking Report screen to print the
information of guest who stayed in a room for a specific duration, in a tracking
report.
The report is printed based on the Room Move data available in the audit trial. However, the report does not display data for an incomplete audit setup.
The report includes guest information such as Confirmation Number, First Name, Last Name, Status Code, date and time.
The report includes records with these status:
| Status Code | Description | Scenario |
|---|---|---|
| CI | Check-In | Guest Stay status is set to In-House. |
| CO | Check-Out | Guest Stay status is set to Checked-Out. |
| MI | Move-In | The guest is moved from another room to a particular room. The Guest Stay status can be either In-House or Checked-out. |
| MO | Move-Out | The guest is moved to another room from the particular room. The Guest Stay status can be either In-House or Checked-out. |
Note: You cannot print the report for future date.
