Registration Card – APAC

Use this screen to print a guest registration card. The card is used to verify the registration information when the guest checks into the hotel.
The card displays information about the reservation, the room rate, package and preference, room upsell, terms and conditions as well the guest details.
Note: An asterisk (*) is displayed after the Room Number to indicate that the guest has one or more scheduled room move.

The card is applicable to hotels in the APAC region.

These property parameters are applicable for the Registration Card:

  • You can specify the custom report code in the property parameter REGCARDREPORT to indicate the customized report that must be used to print the registration card.
  • You can specify the second language code in the property parameter RPTSECNDLANG to indicate the second language that is supported. The registration card includes the data in this second language in addition to the English language.
  • You can specify the sequence number in the property parameter REGCARD to print the sequence number on the registration card. A unique sequence number is assigned to a property the first time a registration card is printed.
  • You can specify the registration card number in the property parameter REGCARDNUMPERGUEST to generate a unique sequence number for each guest and additional guest.
  • You can select the property parameter REGCARDNUMATCHECKIN check box to assign a unique sequence number to the guest when the registration card is printed during check-in.
