Online Guest Portal Letter

Use this screen to generate the online guest portal letter. This letter is e-mailed to the guest after the guest checks in at the hotel.

The e-mail includes the guest details and the property details. The URL to access the guest portal is embedded in the email You can view the email in the HTML format only.
Note: 
  • You can configure the email using the Online Guest Experience Configuration screen. See Configuring online guest experience.
  • The guest can view the property address based on the address specified for the property on the Address Configuration screen, the guest can view property address information. The address configuration screen's country code must match the property country code. The default property address is displayed in the letter if the address is not configured on the Address Configuration screen.
