Miscellaneous Receipt

Use this screen to print a receipt for transaction codes that are linked to a Receipt Name defined on the Form Configuration screen.

You can also print this receipt same as the Payment Receipts and other documents (Currency Exchange Receipt) from the Folio.

The receipt displays details of the reservation, such as Guest Name and Room Number. The receipt also displays the transaction details, such as Transaction description and Tax amounts.

Note: 
  • The receipt can be printed for all Folios other than the Accounting folio.
  • The Receipt Number must be generated for the posted transaction.
  • To print the receipt in a language other than English, the property parameter RPTSECNDLANG must be specified.
