Guest Stay Trace Report

The report can be run from two locations:

  • Administration > Reports > Guest Stay
  • Front Desk > Guest Stay > Traces

Use the Guest Stay Trace Report page to create a report that lists guest stay traces that are added to the Trace tab. In the Report View you can see traces based on Delivery Date, Due Date or Reservation Date that is on or within the specified date range.

The report includes Guest Name, Confirmation Number, Trace Status, Due Date, User, Email Address, Department, Deliver Date, Trace Topic, Trace Details, and Room number. The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality

Note: If the Room Number changes during the stay, the report displays the Arrival Date Room Number.
