Guest Detail Information Report

This report is included in HMS based on the European Union regulation. This regulation enables the property to protect the guest detail information and have the ability to remove the data from the application when required.

The hotel properties can generate this report with the guest details. The GDPR button is added to the Guest Profile screen of the property which can be utilized to generate the details for the selected guest profile ID.

The report includes the personal information of the guest, reservation record summary, tax invoice summary and the event master summary of all the event masters linked to the guest profile.
