Flash Comparison Report

Use the Flash Comparison Report screen to generate a summary report of the key statistical information about the property for the previous Hotel. The report is generated as part of the end of day process.

This report compares the information based on these statistics:

• Month-To-Date
• Year-To-Date
• Last Year Month-To-Date
• Last Year Year-To-Date

The report includes the details of the number of rooms occupied, available, complimentary and the total number of rooms in the hotel.

The report also includes details of the total number of occupied rooms excluding:

• The complimentary rooms
• The House Use rooms
• The aggregate of complimentary and House Use rooms.

The Report Date specified must be prior to the Hotel Date.

The report includes revenue from reserved and unreserved leases such as the room, food and beverage revenue.
