City Tax Report Milan

Use the City Tax Report Milan screen to print the city tax report for the properties in Italy. In Italy, the city tax is calculated on the departure month of the reservation.

For example, if a guest stays from November 25 to December 05. The city tax is calculated for the total 10 days in the month of December.

The report includes the list of the primary guests for whom:
  • The departure date is within the specified duration.
  • The status of the reservation is In House or Checked Out
  • The Guest Account is posted with city tax amount. The city tax is posted only if the reservation includes booking of bedroom(s).

The report displays the details of the guest such as, Guest Name, Arrival, Departure date, Account Number and the number of Adults/Children. The report also includes the details of city tax such as City Tax Amount, Invoiced Amount, and Total.

Note: 
  • The report does not include records for which the city tax is manually posted to folio of the Account Type other than Guest Account.
  • The report can also include details of the Day Use reservations.
