Generating the Commission Audit Report

Use the Commission Audit Report screen to view the summary of modified data that has an impact on the Commission that is due for a guest stay. The information in the report includes the data modified in these screens:

  • Booking agency
  • Rate plan
  • Guest stay
  • Commission records

To generate a commission audit report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Audit > Commission Audit Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted.
    Note: 

    You can modify this value.

    Changed By User
    The user, who modifies the account.
    Booking Agency
    The booking agency associated with the guest reservation.
    Rate Plan
    The rate plan associated with the guest reservation.
    Confirmation Number
    The unique number generated for the confirmed reservation.
    Commission Record
    The commission record for which the report is generated.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Include Booking Agency Changes
    Select this check box to include the booking agency section with the related data in the report.
    Include Rate Plan Changes
    Select this checkbox to include the rate plan section with the related data in the report.
    Include Guest Stay Changes
    Select this checkbox to include the guest stay section with the related data in the report.
    Include the Commission Changes
    Select this checkbox to include the commission changes section with the related data in the report.
  4. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 

    By default, the Start Date and the End Date are set to the Hotel Date.

  5. Click Print Record.
    Note: 
    • If the property parameter VVIP is selected and the guest associated with the record is a VVIP, all the values of the fields for the record is displayed as ‘*****’. See VVIP functionality.
    • The report can be sorted by sections such as Booking Agency, Rate Plan, Guest Stay and Commissions.
    • The report applies Incognito enhancement. See Incognito Functionality
