Cancellation Activity

Use the Cancellation Activity screen to generate a report that lists reservations are been cancelled during the selected date range for a property. The report includes guest name, VIP code, confirmation number, arrival date, number of nights, rate plan, rate, room type, source, guarantee, preferences, updated by, cancellation date, and cancellation reason. Additional information about the reason for cancellation is also included in the report. The report then gives a summary for total of reservations and room nights.
