Generating Arrival Information Report
Use this screen to view the arrival details of the guest. The report includes the information such as guest details, amenities, room type, add-ons, rate plan and so on. You can also view the information related to the additional guest such as VIP level and relationship with the guest.
To generate the arrival information report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Front Desk > Arrival/Stay Over/Departure/In-House > Arrival Information Report.

Specify this information on the Report Parameters section:
- Property
- The property code for which the report is generated. This value
is defaulted.Note:
You can modify the value.
- Confirmation Number
- The unique number generated for the confirmed reservation.Note:
You can select multiple confirmation numbers.
- Group Confirmation
- The confirmation number generated for the group reservation.Note:
You can select multiple groups.
- Status
- The status of the guest for whom the report is
generated.
You can select multiple status.
- Guarantee
- The guarantee type applicable for the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple Guarantee types.
- Loyalty Membership Level
- The loyalty level code associated with the guest.Note:
You can select multiple loyalty level codes.
- Reward Program Type
- The internal or external reward programs that enable guests to earn points, miles, and membership benefits, based on the customer loyalty.
- Booking Agency
- The booking agency for which the report is generated.
- Organization
- The organization for which the report is generated.
- Rate Plan
- The rate plan code associated with the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple rate plans.
- Market Segment
- The market segment code associated with the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple market segment.
- Source of Business
- The source of business associated with the guest.Note:
You can select multiple source of business.
- Room Type
- The room type specified for the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple room types.
- Building
- The building code assigned to the room. The report only includes
the rooms that match the code.Note:
You can select multiple building codes.
- Floor
- The floor code assigned to the room. The report only includes
the rooms that match the code.Note:
You can select multiple floors codes.
- Wing
- The wing code configured to the room. The report only includes
the rooms that match the code.Note:
You can select multiple wings codes.
- VIP
- The VIP level code associated with the guest.Note:
You can select multiple VIP level codes.
- Add-on Type
- The type of add-on items provided to the guests.
- Add-Ons
- The add-on items provided to the guests.Note:
You can select multiple add-ons.
- Preference Code
- The guest preference code that is used to identify special
requests, services, or amenities that guests require during the
stay.Note:
You can select multiple preference codes.
- Amenities
- The amenities that are added to the guest stay.Note:
- The report includes only the amenities with Active status.
- The report indicates if the amenities are delivered.

Set these parameters in the Report Options section:
- Include Additional Guest
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the details of additional guests associated with the
room.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Address
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes address of the guest as specified in the guest stay
record.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Birthday
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the guest’s date of birth from the guest record. Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Guest History
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the guest history which includes the information such as
the lifetime revenue, lifetime nights, lifetime stays of the guests,
and the last stay property.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Guest Notes
- If this checkbox is selected, the report includes the guest
notes provided in the Guest Notes field of
the Guest Stay
screen.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Notes
- If this checkbox is selected, the report includes the notes
provided in the Note tab of the Guest
Stay screen. The report does not include notes marked
as Private.Note:

- Include Reservation Notes
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the reservation notes provided in the Guest Stay screen.Note:

- Include Arrival/Departure Notes
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the notes related to the arrival and departure of the
guest.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Rate Changes
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes all the rate changes for the duration of the reservation
along with the arrival information of the guest. If the checkbox is
cleared, the report displays the average rate of the guest stay for
the selected dates. If the first night of the guest's is before the
report start date the report uses the rate from the last night of
the stay.Note:

- Include Rooms Assigned
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the room numbers assigned to the guest on the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Rooms Unassigned
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the guest records that do not have room number assigned on
the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Shares
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the combined guest count of all the share components.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Loyalty Membership Level
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the details of the loyalty level related to the guests as
specified for the Guest Stay.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Add-on
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
include the add-on items associated with the guest on the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Include preferences
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
include preferences and descriptors defined for the preference, in
the Guest Stay screen.Note:

- Include Amenities
- If this checkbox is selected, the report includes the amenities
associated with the guest in the Amenities tab of the Guest Stay screen.Note:

- Include Active Alerts/ Traces
- If this checkbox is selected, the report includes the active
alerts and traces associated with the guest in the Traces tab of the
Guest Stay screen.Note:

- Include Internal Actions
- If this checkbox is selected, the report includes the internal
actions added to the guest account in the Message tab of
the Guest Profile screen.Note:

- Include Profile Picture
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the profile picture of the guest from the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Only Advance Report Posted
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the collection of accounts deposited by the guest, prior to
the registration.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Only Zero Rates
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes only the guest records with zero rate in the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Show Package Rates
- If this check-box is selected, the report
includes all the room amounts for which the rate is a part of a
package.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Show Rates
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the Rates Report column.Note:
By default, this checkbox is selected. However, you can modify the value.
- Exclude Lease Guest Stays
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
does not include the guest stays that have a lease defined.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Exclude Non-Lease Guest Stays
- If this checkbox is cleared, the report
includes the Guest Stays without a lease.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Group By Building
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the records by Building groups. The grouping is sorted by
Building Code and the Building Description is used for the section
heading. Rooms that do not have a Building assigned are included in
a No Building section of the report.Note:

- Show Last 3 Stays
- If this checkbox is selected, the report
includes the last 3 stay records of the guest.Note:
By default, this checkbox is cleared. However, you can modify the value.
- Include Gender
- Select this check box to include the Service Demographic for all reservations that have the gender of the guest specified.
- Include Service and Pay Grade
- Select this check box to include the Service Demographic for all reservations that have the Service and Pay Grade value specified.
- Include Activities
- Select this check box to include the details of the
activities that are associated with the guest stay.Note: The cancelled activities are not included.

Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range section.
Note:
By default, the Start Date and the End Date are set to the Hotel Date.

Click Print
Record.

By default, the report is sorted by the guest Name.
