Guest Preferences
Use the Guest Preferences page to create guest preference codes for various items or services. Guest preference codes can be added to guest profiles to be included each time a reservation using the guest profile, or can be added as a one-time association to a specific guest stay. Guest preferences can be defined as global, brand or property specific and can be categorized for efficient searching. Guest preferences can also be assigned a department code and a property can control whether or not they are selectable by a guest or booking agent on the Reservation Portal.
