EOD Status Update

Use the EOD Status Update screen to update the status of the EOD, EOD Step, or EOD Step Item in the application.

The support team can use this functionality to skip or patch a specific EOD step that has interrupted the EOD process due to errors such as, Java NullPointer exception or Environment and configuration errors.

This enables the EOD process to be completed with minimum delay and assists the support team to identify the incorrect data or deliver a patch. The application maintains the audit trail (audit record) to save the details such as Property Code and Support Ticket.
