Tax Invoice – Kenya

Use the Tax Invoice – Kenya screen to print the final tax invoice in Kenya.
The invoice displays address of the property, and guest name, reference number, cashier name, Arrival and Departure date of the guest, local currency (KES), guest currency (USD), HMS sequential Invoice Number, Control Unit Invoice Number (Fiscal Invoice Number), Control Unit QR Code and Control Unit Serial Number returned by the Control Unit (Fiscal Module). The invoice also includes Payer Information such as Payer Name, Contract Name, Payer Tax ID, and Payer Company ID. The invoice details and tax summary displays the amount in local currency (KES) and in guest currency (USD).
Note: 
  • The TAXINO property parameter must be set to BJKETI by default.
  • The OPT_HIDEZEROVATZERO optional report parameter must be enabled to exclude the records with null tax value.
  • The SEL_FOOTER optional report parameter must be enabled to include the footer section.
  • When a duplicate copy of the invoice is printed the ‘Copy’ text is appended to the invoice header.
